COVID-19 News, Updates & Relief Information

Atlanta Showroom Re-Opening:
Effective May 7, 2020

As you know, our Atlanta showroom has been temporarily closed for some time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have received news that Georgia's stay at home order has been lifted and AmericasMart will begin a phased reopening in an effort to protect both personal and business health.

Below are the protocols put in place by the AmericasMart Atlanta:

Phase 1, Controlled Access by Appointment Only. Effective Thursday, May 7.

[IMC] will open AmericasMart for controlled access by appointment only. The following guidelines were developed in accordance with basic operating requirements for safe hygiene and social distancing to ensure the health and safety of all constituents.

  • Showroom partners will approve customer access by appointment by notifying security upon their arrival at (404) 220-2553.
  • Showroom escorts and customers will meet security at the designated access checkpoints in each building.
  • Only one appointment per showroom can be accommodated at a time and scheduled appointments may not overlap. Appointments can be scheduled between 10AM and 4PM Monday through Friday.
  • All customers and showroom partners must wear an approved personal protective mask at all times throughout the building and in their showrooms while in the presence of others. Customers without masks will not be granted access. At this time, all customers and showroom partners must provide their own PPE.
  • All customers will be required to sign a waiver prior to building entry.
  • In addition, effective May 11, all customers and showroom partners must be prepared for temperature checks upon arrival at the building. Anyone with a recorded temperature in excess of 100.4 F will not be granted access to the building.
  • In the event of any changes to guidance from the State, we will reevaluate and recommunicate our policy.


Phase 2, Open Daily Access & Phase 3, Open for Scheduled Markets will be announced in the next several weeks.



Below are some of the steps we have taken in advance of our re-opening:

  1. Health Protocols:
    • Required: A cloth face covering over your mouth and nose for your own safety and the safety of others.

  2. Social distancing is required:
    • Six (6) feet distance is required between each person not of the same household.
    • A maximum of 25% of total occupancy will be allowed.

  3. Please do not enter the showroom if you have travelled to any location subject to Level 1, 2 or 3 travel health notice by the CDC (such as Iran, China, Italy, South Korea, Japan, or Hong Kong.

  4. Please do not enter the showroom if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, or have in the last two (2) weeks, or have been exposed to anyone with these symptoms:
    • Nasal congestion
    • Sore throat
    • Achiness
    • Nausea/Vomiting
    • Diarrhea
    • Fever (>100.4F, we can check digitally)
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath

  5. Regency International is practicing the following:
    • Regularly and frequently cleaning and disinfecting any regularly touched surfaces, such as doorknobs, tables, and chairs.
    • Disinfecting any items that come into contact with customers.
    • Hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, or similar disinfectants are readily available to employees and customers.
    • All of our employees are required to wear masks and gloves and follow comprehensive health and safety procedures.
    • Every morning our employees must pass mandatory temperature checks prior to entering the facility.

Dallas Showroom Re-Opening:
Effective May 4, 2020

Though our showroom in Dallas, TX has been temporarily closed, we have spent the last month diligently planning and preparing to re-open according to the strictest standards and safety protocols prescribed by the CDC and the state of Texas.

Our decision to re-open is one that we take very seriously as the safety of our customers and employees remains our #1 priority and commitment.

Below are some of the steps we have taken in advance of our re-opening:
